Hubble Telescope Spots A New Star Coming Out From A Black Hole

The legendary Hubble Telescope has been helping scientists to unravel the mysteries of the universe and to understand it even better. In the latest discovery, scientists have found a new star coming out of a black hole. The first one to be spotted in a dwarf galaxy.

Scientists have already discovered that a big number of larger galaxies have black holes at their centres. The masses of these black holes range from millions to billions of times than our Sun.

Different observations have found black holes bursting apart celestial bodies and out of the new stars are born. Just a few weeks ago, Hubble had captured a breathtaking image of the death of a star.

This dwarf galaxy, Henzie 2-10, is a member of the southern constellation Pyxis that is 34 million light-years from us. It has a mass of about 10 billion suns while Milky Way has 1.5 trillion solar masses.

A tendril of gas is coming out from the centre of Henzie 2-10 that is connected to a bright stellar nursery like an umbilical cord. This outflow when striking the stellar nursery gives an illusion like the shape of a hardened hose throwing out dirt.

This is just the start. Researchers want to study dwarf galaxies with similar black holes in detail.
