How Custom UI is more useful than Stock Android?

Mobile phones are a combination of hardware and the software present in it. The hardware(camera quality, battery power, RAM, etc.) is equivalent in many phones. The only difference which separates the phones of two different companies lies in the software which works inside them.

Some companies use the Stock Android, while others use a customized version of Stock Android called the Custom UI.

We generally use the Android OS phones, but the basic phone UI gets significantly different in every other brand because the OS's UI depends upon the mobile company manufacturing it. Some companies use the Stock Android straightaway with no additional features installed, and others may make their changes (giving a new name to their UI) by adding some extra features to it.

First of all, understand, What is a Stock Android?

The Stock android is the original version of android OS. Every mobile company takes it directly from Google and installs it on their phones (then sells to buyers); such phones are called stock android phones. Companies using the Stock Android do not perform any modifications and provide it to the users as they buy it from Google. Thus, the Stock Android is the purest form android OS with no extra features or bloatware installed.

Now, What is a Custom UI in Android?

This UI is different from the Stock Android. Many mobile manufacturers take the Stock Android OS and modify it on their own(according to their need) and add some extra features in it (mainly ads and junks)(these ads bloatware generates a significant part of revenue for the manufacturers).

How is Custom UI better than the Stock OS?

Custom UI is an open-source product, which means anyone who can code can make necessary changes and create their custom UI. Hence, the customization feature is more flexible for users. It contains so many additional features than Stock OS. So an Android UI also plays a chief role before purchasing an ideal phone for them. Before buying, take a proper glance at the installed OS alongside the hardware.
