If you are or were a gamer at any point in your life, there is a very high chance that you might have heard of GTA. Rockstar Games, the company behind the famous Grand Theft Auto video game series, recently announced a new GTA project. Well, kind of new. It is called Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition. It is a remastering of the three GTA games - GTA 3 (2001), GTA Vice City (2002), and GTA San Andreas (2004). The trilogy will be available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and the Rockstar Games Launcher on PC this year. It will also be coming to Android and iOS by the start of 2022.
What is GTA Trilogy - The Definitive Edition?
While Rockstar Games has not revealed much about the definitive edition, it is known that it will be a collection of the three titles mentioned above. The main storyline of the games would not be changed, but new modern elements would be added here and there. Many modern optimizations would also be made for it to run smoothly in modern systems, because, you know, it's not the 2000s anymore! Whatever be the case, the player base of GTA and the public, in general, is very excited for the release of this Trilogy Definitive Edition, as many people have their childhood memories tightly bound with these games!
